The property is located on platform 2 and 3. We understand that Barnes station is listed under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Interested parties should contact the local authority for further information regarding consents to works to the premises.
Figures from the ORR stipulate that in 2015/16 the station had 2.65 million entries and exits.


The premises are a single standalone room on the platform offering an internal area of approximately:

The tenant will have use of the station WC facilities.


Subject to the consent of the Landlord, the property is being offered on a new lease to 17th August 2024 subject to a rent review at the end of the third year.
Interested parties should be aware that any new lease will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act.
Standard Railway Lease Terms will apply. The lease will not permit assignment or sub-letting.


The incoming tenant will be expected to pay the Landlord’s legal costs in connection with the grant of the lease.


A rent of £13,000 per annum plus vat.


The tenant will be responsible for all utilities consumed.


The incoming tenant will be required to provide detailed annotated fit out plans and signage proposals demonstrating a high quality taxi order office. The Landlord and if necessary, the Superior Landlord and Conservation officer approval will be required in advance of any works.


The ingoing tenant will be responsible for Business Rates and we recommend that anyone interested contact the Local Rating Authority.


There is currently no service charge for the premises. The landlord reserves the right to introduce any charge in the future. The tenant will pay towards refuse collection.
