The unit is located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Train services at the station are operated by GTR and run to London Kings Cross, Moorgate, Peterborough, Welwyn Garden City and Cambridge North. Total passenger entries and exits in 2015-16 were 2,347,918 per annum (source: ORR).

We are looking for uses other than coffee shop and convenience as these are already present at the station.
